             (CCPA 1976).                                                                                         
                                                   DECISION                                                       
                    The rejections of claims 17 and 19-29 under 35 U.S.C.                                         
             § 102(b) as being anticipated by Cowfer and under 35 U.S.C.                                          
             § 103 as being obvious over Cowfer are reversed.
