CONCLUSION
To summarize, the examiner’s rejection of claims 1, 5, 6,
12-15, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 23 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is
affirmed. His rejection of claims 2-4, 7, 8, 16, 20, 22, and
24 under § 103, however, is reversed.
No period for taking subsequent action concerning this
appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
