Appeal No. 96-1659 Application 08/166,931 DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's rejection of claims 35-68, which constitute all the claims in the application. The disclosed invention pertains to an arrangement for interconnecting a plurality of smoke alarms within a building to each other and to an external source of electrical power. Representative claim 35 is reproduced as follows: 35.
