DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 1, 5, 7, 9, 15, 27, 28, 30, 43- 47, 58-62, and 65-77. Claims 2-4, 6, 8, 10-14, 16-26, 29, 31-42, 48-57, 63, and 64 have been canceled. The amendment received October 21, 1997 (Paper No. 22), has been entered as noted in the Advisory Action (Paper No. 23). We affirm-in-part. BACKGROUND The disclosed invention is directed to various arrangements of cellular cordless telephones. Claim 46 is reproduced below. 46.
