(Robinson) 5,237,691 Aug. 17, 1993 (filed Aug. 1, 1990) “Optimal Matrix Transposition and Bit Reversal on Hypercubes: All-to-All Personalized Communication,” Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing, 1991 (Edelman). The appealed claims stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Edelman in view of Robinson.
