                                                      DECISION ON APPEAL                                                               

                       This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1-26,                                
               which are all of the claims pending in this case.  Independent claims 1 and 25 are                                      
               illustrative of the subject matter on appeal and read as follows:                                                       
                       1.      A method for controlling the health of a group of animals and maintaining the                           
               group of animals in a condition of optimum health to maximize the productivity of the
