DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 3 and 6, all of the claims pending in the application.
Claims 3 and 6 read as follows:
3. A method of inhibiting proliferation of human airway smooth muscle cells
comprising contacting human airway smooth muscle cells with an effective amount of an
antithrombin agent so that proliferation of said cells is inhibited.
