DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 21-31 and 35. Claims 36 and 37 have been withdrawn from consideration as directed to a non-elected invention. We reverse. BACKGROUND The disclosed invention is directed to a semiconductor device including a bipolar transistor operating based on the reverse base current (RBC) effect discovered by Appellants to exist in the bipolar transistor. Claim 21 is reproduced below.2 21.
