Claims 4, 20, 22, 24-30, 40-43 and 45-54 stand finally rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Kant and Ainslie. A rejection of claims 1-4, 20-22, 24-34, 36-43 and 45-55, under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, based on an objection to the specification under 35 U.S.C. § 132 appears to have been withdrawn by the examiner in a supplemental examiner’s answer (Paper No. 29). The Invention The claimed invention is directed to an apparatus combination assembly including an integrated thin film slider and transducer and a thin film suspension.
