DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 25-37 and 39-44. Claim 38 is indicated to be allowable if rewritten to overcome the 35 U.S.C. § 112 rejection and to include all of the limitations of the base and intervening claims. We affirm-in-part. BACKGROUND The disclosed invention is directed to an apparatus and method for examining transparent optical components, such as contact lenses. Claim 30 is reproduced below. 30.
