Claims 9-18 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by Yamashita. Claims 11-18 also stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Yamashita. Claim 16 further stands rejected under § 103 as obvious over Yamashita in view of Leyten.
