Appeal No. 1998-2608 Application 08/570,439 Wang and the content of the features of claims 7, 8 and 10 since appellant's arguments with respect to the rejection of these claims merely point out the subject matter of the claims rather than argue the patentability of them in light of the collective teachings of the references.
