Appeal No. 1997-2204 Application No. 08/440,989 Grounds of Rejection Claim 21 stands rejected under (1) 35 U.S.C. § 102(a) as anticipated by Portoghese et al.; and (2) 35 U.S.C. § 112, first and second paragraphs, as based on a non-enabling disclosure "and/or" failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant regards as the invention. On consideration of the record, we reverse these rejections.
