Accordingly, we will not sustain the standing 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 1 and 10 or of claims 2, 4 and 14 dependent on claim 1 or of claims 11 and 12 dependent on claim 10. Claims 5 through 9 We will also not sustain the 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 5 through 9.
