DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1, 5, 7-11, 17-25, 27-30 and 32 to 37, which are the subject of this
appeal. Claim 38 is also pending and has been indicated by the examiner to contain
allowable subject matter.
