          memory is [sic] sufficient to store such a value '3' and would              
          not change the result of the majority decision.  This is                    
          because '3' is a majority of '5'.”  This argument is not                    
          persuasive in view of appellants’ showing, mathematically,                  
          that Koike requires three bits of memory.                                   
               The examiner’s decision is reversed.
