This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
final rejection of claims 1-6.
We reverse.
1 Application for patent filed October 20, 1997, entitled
"Simulation Method of Sputtering," which claims the foreign
filing priority benefit under 35 U.S.C. § 119 of Japanese
Application 277752, filed October 21, 1996.
