                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   

               This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s            
          refusal to allow claims 1, 3-15, 17-21 and 32-41.                           
               Claims 22-31 are pending in the application but have been              
          withdrawn from consideration as being drawn to a non-elected                
          invention.  Claims 2 and 16 have been canceled.
