                                                    CONCLUSION                                                          
                     The rejection of claims 1-3 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed, but the rejection                   
              of claims 7-9 is affirmed.  The examiner’s decision in rejecting claims 1-3 and 7-9 is                    
              thus affirmed-in-part.
