                                            DECISION ON APPEAL                                                
                   This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1 to 3,         
            7, 8, 19 to 21, 23 and 24.  Claims 5, 6 and 13 to 18 have been canceled.  Claims 4, 9 to          
            12 and 22 are either withdrawn from consideration according to the appellants (reply              
            brief, p. 2) or canceled according to the examiner (answer, p. 2).1                               


                   We REVERSE.
