MR. BOOTH: You can optionally have one or not. JUDGE MARTIN: And so I assume you construe that language to mean there is a top on the spin, rinse and dry unit? MR. BOOTH: Well, I submit that -- I mean, an enclosure, I mean, requires it to be surrounded on all sides. At the chamber, they have air for the spin, rinse and dry, has it enclosed all the way around. It may be open on the top or it may not be open on the top. But in the Ritzdorf application, all they ever show is something that is on one side of the wall.
