              sustain the rejection of claims 1 and 2 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable                       
              over the AAPA in view of Katoh.

                     The decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1 and 2 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is                     
              reversed.
