requirements of 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph.

publication No. Hei 8-300039, discussed on page 9 of appellants’
specification, with regard to the patentability of the claimed
invention.
IV. Conclusion
The rejection of claims 1, 2, 4, and 5 is affirmed.
The rejection of claims 6, 7, 9, and 10 is reversed.
