In view of the forgoing we will sustain the examiner’s rejection of claims 1
through 38 and 40 through 44 under 35 U.S.C. § 103. We reverse the
examiner’s rejection of claims 39 and 45 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.. The decision of
the examiner is affirmed-in-part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this
appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a) (1) (iv).
