                                     CONCLUSION                                       
               In view of the foregoing, we affirm the examiner’s decision            
          rejecting claims 10 through 22, 29 and 30 under 35 U.S.C. § 103,            
          as unpatentable over the combined disclosures of Chen, Landau,              
          and Ting.                                                                   
               No time period for taking any subsequent action in                     
          connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                    
          § 1.136(a).
