DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the Examiner’s final
rejection of claims 4 and 6-8. Claims 1-3 and 5 have been
cancelled.
We affirm.
BACKGROUND
Appellant’s invention relates to a waterproofed terminal
connecting portion of a sheathed wire wherein a terminal fitting
