Additionally, the results relied upon by appellant are
limited to a comparison using zinc chloride and only one
particular zinc carboxylate (zinc laurate). The instant claims
are not limited to use of zinc laurate. Accordingly, the
evidence is of little probative value as to zinc carboxylates
other than zinc laurate.
For the foregoing reasons, the decision of the examiner is
affirmed.
