Omae corrects it, thereby completing the creation of a defect-
free master image (col. 9, lines 44-50).
For the above reasons we are not convinced of reversible
error in the rejection of claim 1 over Omae. We therefore affirm
the rejection of that claim and claims 2-25 that stand or fall
therewith.
DECISION
The rejections of claims 1 and 2 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b)
over Leonard, claims 1-3 and 5 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) over
Badger, claims 1-4, 8, 9, 12 and 13 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e)

under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Omae in view of Meisburger and Yano,
claims 11, 18 and 19 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Omae in view of
Sandland, claims 20 and 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Omae in
view of Sandland and Hayashi, and claims 22-25 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103 over Omae in view of Sandland and Matsumoto, are affirmed.
