KRASS, Administrative Patent Judge. DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 1-49. The invention pertains to communication devices, specifically communication using optical phase conjugation to establish a communications link. Phase conjugate mirrors are said to have the unique property that the light reflected back to the source must exactly retrace its path.
