             Watanabe to this combination with regard to claims 20, 48, and 49, but adding Damen to                  
             the combination with regard to claims 22 and 23.  With regard to claims 1-7, 9-14, 16, 17,              
             40, 41, and 45, the examiner relies on Akkapeddi, Vasil’ev, and Pepper, adding Watanabe                 
             to this combination with regard to claims 8, 15, 46, and 47.  The examiner offers
