suggestion for combining the disparate teachings of Daneshvar and Mitra so as to arrive
at the subject matter of claim 1 stems from hindsight knowledge impermissibly derived
from the appellants disclosure.
In view of the foregoing, we will not sustain this rejection. The decision of the
examiner is reversed.
