DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1-3. Claims 4-9 have been allowed by the Examiner.
The claimed invention relates to an activity display for
multiple data channels of a communication link in which a
quasi-three-dimensional graphics display is provided. The
display includes time periods as a first axis and data channels
