DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 34 through 62, the only claims remaining in
the application. Claims 1 through 33 have been canceled.
Appellants’ invention relates to a pintle hitch assembly of
the type generally seen in Figure 6 of the application.
Independent claims 34, 37, 45, 56 and 62 are representative of
the subject matter on appeal and a copy of those claims can be
found in the “Claims Appendix” attached to appellants’ brief.
