DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s rejection of claims 6-9 and 14-16, which constitute all the claims
pending in this application.
The disclosed invention pertains to an Internet-Protocol Network
Telephony routing system with a routing processor for routing calls based on
information stored in an associated database regarding operation and status of
