DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from
the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-14.1
We reverse.
BACKGROUND
Appellants’ invention is directed to a method and apparatus
for detecting the reliability of a field of movement vectors of
