Conclusion
In summary, we sustain the examiner’s rejection of claims 1 through 9 under
35 U.S.C. § 102(e) and 35 U.S.C. § 103(a). However, we do not sustain the examiner’s
rejection of claim 14 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) and 35 U.S.C. § 103(a). The decision of
the examiner is affirmed in part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal
may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
