tightly twisted wires” (Br. 7).
We hereby remand this application to the Examiner, via the Office of
a Director of the Technology Center, for appropriate action in view of the
above comments.
This Remand to the Examiner pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 41.50(a)(1)
(2006) is not made for further consideration of a rejection. Accordingly,
37 C.F.R. § 41.50(a)(2) does not apply.
