DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from
the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-4, 6-11, 14-17, 33 and
34. Claims 5, 12 and 13 have been canceled and claims 18-32 and
35-39 have been withdrawn from consideration as being drawn to a
non-elected invention.
We affirm.
