Grounds of Rejection
Claims 1-14 and 24-25 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) over Chien.
Claims 1-19 and 24-42 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over Martin in
view of Krishna and Moro.
We affirm the anticipation rejection and reverse the obviousness rejection.
Claim Grouping
Appellants argue each rejection separately, but do not argue individual claims
within each rejection. Therefore, we select claims 1 as representative of the rejected
