CONCLUSION
The rejection of claims 1-14 and 24-25 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) over Chien is
affirmed. The rejection of claims 1-19 and 24-42 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) Martin in
view of Krishna and Moro is reversed. The application is returned to the examiner for
further consideration, consistent with the discussion herein.
