Granting access to such material will certify their use for policy compliance by those with roles using those materials. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Appellant has failed to establish that the Examiner erred in rejecting claims 1 to 45 under 35 USC § 102(e). Claims 1 to 45 are not patentable.
