DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a 35 U.S.C. § 134 appeal in the above-referenced case.1 The
title of the application is “Solid preparations having a multicore structure.”
The Examiner has rejected claims 1-10 and 19 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a).
We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b). We affirm.
