Newman's Table 5 provide exactly 60% by weight of filler compared to the
combination of filler and component.
CONCLUSION
The subject matter of claims 1 and 19 would have been obvious to a
person having ordinary skill in the art in view of the teachings and
suggestions of the Newman patent. Consequently, the rejection of claims 1
and 19, and of the other rejected claims not separately argued, must be—
AFFIRMED
