DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1, 3, 5-8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 18-20, 22, and 30-37. Claim 1 reads as follows. 1.
