A method for removing a contaminate from groundwater, the method comprising: (a) placing ground water containing the contaminate into a tank, wherein the tank is on a vehicle; (b) applying a vacuum to the tank to create a pressure at which the contaminate vaporizes and separates from the groundwater; and (c) agitating the groundwater to assist in separating the contaminate.
