SUMMARY
Appellants have not disclosed a specific and substantial utility for the
claimed antibodies. We therefore affirm the rejections of claims 25-29
under 35 U.S.C. §§ 101 and 112, first paragraph, for lack of patentable
utility.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv) (2004).
