Custom formulation of personal care products is taught by Rath, and the issue of motivation-to-combine is addressed in our discussion of this rejection in the decision in Appeal 2005- 1428. The rejection of claim 24 is affirmed. Claim 23 falls with claim 24. No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
