           7           In general, the diapers include an outer cover, a bodyside liner, an                     
           8    absorbent core disposed between the outer cover and the bodyside liner, and

          10    47-53; Roessler, col. 4, ll. 1-49.                                                              
          11           The diaper assembly of Caldwell has first and second ends, 12 and 14.                    
          12    The diaper has a moisture-pervious inner layer 16, an absorbent pad 18, and                     
          13    a moisture-impervious outer layer 20.  Caldwell, col. 4, ll. 22-29.  The diaper                 
          14    includes a double-coated adhesive fastener assembly 26 attached at each                         
          15    lateral side of the first end.  Caldwell, col. 4, ll. 46-56.  In use, the adhesive              
          16    fastener 26 engages a fastener-receiving tape 40 which is attached to the                       
          17    outer layer at the second end.  Caldwell, col. 7, ll. 11-24.  Caldwell discloses                
          18    that a number of diapers may be packaged together in this configuration.                        
          19    Caldwell, col. 8, ll. 14-34.                                                                    
          20           Dragoo discloses a fastening system comprising tape tabs.  Dragoo,                       
          21    col. 25, ll. 49-52.  Dragoo also discloses that diapers may be packaged in                      
          22    groups.  Dragoo, col. 9, ll. 33-35.                                                             
          23           Roessler recognizes that an adhesive tab has disadvantages.  For                         
          24    example, repeated reopening and reclosing of a diaper having an adhesive
