Dean L. Rhoades (Appellant) originally appealed under 35 U.S.C.
§ 134 from the Examiner’s decision rejecting claims 1-9, 11-22, 25-31, 33-
37 and 39. The Examiner has withdrawn the rejections of claim 13, so only
claims 1-9, 11, 12, 14-22, 25-31, 33-37 and 39 are involved in this appeal.
The Examiner has additionally withdrawn the rejections of claims 11-22 and
24 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph. Claim 13 stands objected to as
