(4) Claims 11, 12, 14-17, 19-22, 25-28 and 33 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by Joseph. (5) Claims 1-7 and 9 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Mengel in view of Klophaus and Fisher. (6) Claim 8 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Mengel in view of Klophaus, Fisher and Jeter. (7) Claims 18, 29-31, 34, 36, 37 and 39 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Fisher in view of Jeter and Mengel.
